These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services offered by Identification Canada Inc. (“Identification Canada”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1) Who we are
Identification Canada Inc. is a private company that assists clients with document gathering, application preparation, and process guidance for certain Canadian and U.S. administrative procedures. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
We are not affiliated with the RCMP, IRCC, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), or any other government body.
For legal advice, you should consult a licensed lawyer or immigration consultant.
2) Service descriptions
The following summaries are provided for clarity only. Government forms, fees, and requirements may change without notice.
2.1 U.S. Entry Waiver (Form I-192) assistance
A U.S. Entry Waiver is a legal process that allows individuals who are otherwise inadmissible to the United States to request temporary permission to enter.
- Eligibility assessment based on your record and history
- Assistance gathering required documentation
- Support completing Form I-192 and assembling the application package
- General explanation of risks and typical processing stages
Cost: Our service fee is separate from U.S. government filing fees. Government fees are set by U.S. authorities and commonly approximate USD $1,100, subject to change.
2.2 Canadian Pardon (Record Suspension) assistance
A Record Suspension separates eligible criminal records from active CPIC databases. Identification Canada assists by guiding applicants through the required steps.
- Eligibility and waiting period review
- Document and court record preparation
- Application completion and submission support
- Status follow-ups during processing
Cost: Our service fee is separate from the Parole Board of Canada fee, currently approximately CAD $50 (subject to change).
3) Eligibility & your responsibilities
- You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
- You confirm you have the right to share all submitted information
- You understand all decisions are made by government authorities
- You must review drafts promptly and report errors or changes
4) Fees & payments
Service fees are separate from government, police, court, translation, mailing, and biometric fees. Prices may change without notice. Work may pause if invoices are overdue.
5) Processing times & outcomes
Processing times vary by authority and individual history. No approvals or timelines are guaranteed.
6) Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Use of our services constitutes consent to collection and use for compliance and service delivery.
7) Intellectual property & website use
All website content is owned by Identification Canada or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
8) Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Identification Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
9) Refunds
Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Government fees are non-refundable per third-party policies.
10) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
11) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Jurisdiction is exclusively Montréal, Québec.
