In order to legally enter the United States, the government requires that you apply for what is commonly known as a US waiver (form I-192) It is a permission to enter as a non-immigrant
The process to apply can be long and arduous. For over 25 years, we have been completing US waiver applications. We will guide you through every step, fill out and obtain most of the documentation.
Our service fee is: $750.00
What is included in our fees
- $25.00 RCMP fingerprint certification charge
- $55.00 fingerprint fee (in our walk-in center)
- Disbursements
Ask us about our monthly installments payment plan.
- Fingerprint fees if they are not taken in one of our walk-in centers.
- $1,100 USD Department of Homeland Security filing fee
- Department of Homeland Security fingerprinting fee. (where applicable)
- Translation fees if documents are not in English
Not included in our fees
DELAYS
Time frames for documentation can vary with each application. Generally, it takes 1-6 months to collect all the documents to submit to the American government. Once the application have been filed with Customs and border protection, they takes between 4-6 months to complete the process and mail you the results.
RECORD SUSPENSION & US ENTRY WAIVER
If you require both a record suspension and a US entry waiver, a 50$ rebate off our standard Application fee will be applied.
