The process to apply can be long and arduous. For over 25 years, we have been completing US waiver applications. We will guide you through every step, fill out and obtain most of the documentation.

- $1,100 USD Department of Homeland Security filing fee
- Department of Homeland Security fingerprinting fee. (where applicable)
- Translation fees if documents are not in English
DELAYS
Time frames for documentation can vary with each application. Generally, it takes 1-6 months to collect all the documents to submit to the American government. Once the application have been filed with Customs and border protection, they takes between 4-6 months to complete the process and mail you the results.
