Only accredited agencies with a valid ORI number can submit electronic fingerprints. As a certified agency, we submit biometric fingerprints directly to the CCRTIS server. Processing time is 3-4 business days when records are clear plus mailing time. If there is a “hit”, processing times can go over 120 days.
Since July 1, 2014, the Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services only accept electronic fingerprint submissions for civil purposes. If you reside in Canada, you simply have to contact us to make arrangements to submit their fingerprints electronically. If you are outside Canada, we are equipped with card scan technology which enables us to digitize ink fingerprints and submit them electronically to the CCRTIS system.
With over 22 years in fingerprinting, Identification Canada is an accredited agency with a valid ORI number that can take and submit electronic fingerprints to the Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services.
